What I said in my last post…. Jericho’s cancellation will open new doors for its star cast as everyone is looking for something else after its cancellation… the latest change is brought in by Lennie James who has recently joined the cast of ‘The Prisoner’. Wow!!! Wish you all the very best for your new role!!!

This is the next name after Jim Caviezel, Ian McKellen, and Ruth Wilson on The Prisoner. Well, Lennie James was playing Robert Hawkins on this popular show and now on his new series ‘The Prisoner’ he will be playing Number 147 who is a resident of a very mysterious village where Number 6, a former secret agent finds himself imprisoned.

I think it’s good decision … after all why to think about a series which is dead and James and taken a very wise step… all the best to you for your new show and all your fans are ready to see you in a brand new role on a new show….

His character on Jericho was very much liked by the fans. On the series, he plays Robert Hawkins who moves to Jericho along with his family. …. A good role portrayed by a very skilled actor….

So, Lennie is moved and who’ll be the next one on the row…. I think everyone wants to move and is looking for better opportunities. Jericho begins on 9-20-2006 and I am a great fan of series right from its beginning. Exactly two years ago, a great journey commences and the commencement was not as usual. Nuclear explosions gave it a start so as a result the town of Jericho gets isolated from the rest of the Nation. I still remember the pilot episode which wipes out most of the North America after some terrorist attacks. As being a regular viewer of series and also being a great fandom, I was completely disturbed when Jericho was announced for cancellation after the season 1 finale ‘Why We Fight’ on 5-9-2007. Why?? Why to cancel such a great show?? But thanks to thousands of fans who took the field to get it back. Finally, Jericho returns with another season but with seven episodes only. Second season was premiered on 2-12-2008 and the season opener was entitled ‘Reconstruction’. Along with the start of second season, Jericho starts getting involved with rebuilding process when Cheyenne Government shows an interest in the town. Only seven episodes were announced for season so it was cut-off on 3-25-2008 with the season finale ‘Patriots and Tyrants’.

As of now, it’s difficult to say a single word about another season or what would be the future of the show. However, fans are once again on the roads to get the show back. Ah man!! let’s take hands in hands to convince them. if you wanna see what fans are doing then, please go to my next post!!! Series may return if attempts of the viewers do pay and if it doesn’t result in a ‘Yes’, then , I must say ‘A great chapter is closed forever’.
